CLLI Realty Logo Design
The CLLI Realty logo design had to convey the relationship between CLLI Realty and the exclusive neighborhood it sells in. It was also important that the new design incorporates the color scheme of the neighborhood’s logo.
After a number of pen and ink drawings and a couple of vector illustrations, CLLI narrowed their choices to a single design concept. It was a simple rectangular shape that framed the equally simple outlines of a house, water, and a hill. You can see its evolution below.
